Bewdley suffered defaeat at the hands of local rivals Chaddesley Corbett. Bewdley started well with an early try from a charged down clearnce attempt which captain Chris Ellis pounced upon to claim the score. From then on Bewdley were under the cosh with a solid chaddesley scrum managing to push the Bewdley scrum, which had been so reliable so far this season. Chaddesley scored quickly with Bewdley unable to reply. Good runs on the wings lead to some good chances but Bewdley were unable to score again. Chaddesley ran out 41-5 winners |
